Company Profile

All of us at GD fully understand that our main business is the business of providing solutions to environmental problems and challenges faced by our clients - not merely writing reports, collecting samples, running computer models or counting butterflies. These other things are tools and means that we use to derive the solutions. Formulating solutions remains our main responsibility.

Providing our client's with sensible solutions and superior customer service is our main business focus. Sensible solutions are solutions that meet the clients' and the regulatory requirements, which are based on wise judgment and practical ideas and creative solutions that solve the problems without costing an arm and a leg. In most countries in Asia, where finances are always limited, sensible solutions are all the more important. It requires a lot of creativity, a lot of talent and lots of experience to provide sensible solutions. There are always many solutions to a problem - a good consultant would provide the most sensible one. At GD, we have made "the provision of sensible solutions" the focus of our services to our clients.

At GD, we place a lot of emphasis on delivering superior customer service. After achieving the ISO9001 certification in the year 2000, the firm has consistently sought to improve the level of service that it provides. We realize that it is not enough anymore to merely satisfy the client - clients must be delighted, i.e. having their needs not just met but also exceeded. This is a challenge that we have taken on.
